Our company offers a wide range of high-performance industrial (engineering) plastics, designed to meet demanding mechanical, chemical, and thermal requirements across various industrial applications. Polyacetal (POM / Polyoxymethylene)

The German company Röchling produces the engineering plastic polyacetal (acetal) under the brand name SUSTARIN® C.
This is a hard, non-porous material that is easy to machine and offers excellent dimensional stability, making it ideal for precision components with tight tolerances. It features a low coefficient of friction and outstanding wear resistance, especially in wet or humid environments.

Properties:

Excellent dimensional stability
Continuous operating temperature up to 90°C
Non-porous material
Maintains its properties in wet or humid conditions
Very low moisture absorption
Excellent electrical insulation properties
Easy to machine, especially for tight-tolerance components

Applications:

Bearings and bushings
Gear wheels and sprockets
Valves and pump components
Scraper blades
Electrical components, etc.

Polyethylene (PE)

UHMW-PE sheets of German origin are available in dimensions 2000 x 1000 mm and in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 100 mm.
The material comes in natural (white) color, with colored options available upon request.

UHMW-PE is widely used for the manufacturing of mechanical components, sliding guides, and especially silo linings, thanks to its outstanding anti-friction and wear-resistant properties.
It is also suitable for use in the food processing industry.

Polyamide (PA / Nylon)

The German company Röchling produces the engineering plastic Polyamide PA6 (Ertalon) under the brand name SUSTAMID PA6.
This is a hard, wear-resistant material with good chemical resistance, elasticity even at very low temperatures, and excellent impact strength. It is suitable for machining on lathes and for manufacturing rollers, gears, screws, and various mechanical components.

Colors: White or black

Suitable for precision components, mechanical parts, and wear-resistant applications.

Hollow Rods
