Housing accessories

Accessories extend the design flexibility of mounted bearing solutions consisting of housings with bearings. In this section, you can find details about housing seals, end covers, and locating rings.

Housing seals
The seals are intended to fit into the seal grooves in the housing. They accommodate a variety of operating and ambient conditions.

End covers
End covers are static seals, which can be inserted in the seal groove when the housing is used at the end of a shaft.

Locating rings
Locating rings can be used when the seat in the housing is wider than the bearing and no axial displacement of the bearing on its seat is desired. This is required for locating bearing arrangements and when a CARB toroidal roller bearing is used in the housing.
